The real problem with Pollitical Correctness is that we’re worrying about “hurting feelings”. In some ways, we should be mindful of other people’s feelings, yes. The problem begins when you start being mindful of the feelings of people with Type II, B Cluster personality disorders. Something that “PC” strives to be mindful of. Once you start down that path, you end up walking on eggshells (go look it up online…seriously…) all the time- for there is no good, sane, right way to be mindful of the feelings of those people. What you see these days, is the result of attempting and continuing to attempt to do so.
